Bug Description
In IE 7 ( 7.0.5730.11) running on Windows XP Professional the menu on the left side (Actions, Change Details ,etc.) is not visible.
The Help slider and top navigation bar (Home > Project bar) and the drop-down menus do show up.
I see in the source the code for the left side menu is present, just not visible.
The Error on the page states:
