VLC MPEG start paramaters are not correct for Kubuntu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror

The settings within Konqueror for file-extensions dicate for MPEG movies played by VLC that it should be started with the command 'wxvlc' while almost all other types of media of VLC are started with 'wxvlc %U'.
The problem with the current settings it that if the video file is for example on a Samba share it will be copied by KDE to a local temporary directory and opened afterwards, while VLC is able to stream from the Samba share directly.
