Bug Description

OpenStack Foundation password reset email UNCONFIGURED

Yesterday logged in as a OpenStack Foundation member at openstack.org, I tested the "Forgot your password?" feature.

Unfortunately, it looks like it was never fully configured.

The email subject is "Your password reset link" and the email reads:

Hi Lloyd,

Here is your password reset
link[https://www.openstack.org/Security/changepassword?h=3D80n2vlibdaww8c8gw88os0okc]
for https://www.openstack.org/.

It would be improved if the subject was something like "Your OpenStack Foundation password reset link", and the email read:

Hi Lloyd,

Here is your password reset
link[https://www.openstack.org/Security/changepassword?h=REDACTED]
for your OpenStack Foundation membership, https://www.openstack.org/.

If you did not request this... [standard refrain]

Possibly most importantly though is that currently there is no sender. The headers show:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
From:
X-Mailer: SilverStripe Mailer - version 2006.06.21 (Sent from "www.openstack.org")

Ideally it would be coming from a real email address that members could get assistance from with their membership as needed.

Partial fix on this one. The sender now is present, but the templates are harder to edit in the current version of the CMS. We are working an upgrade to silverstripe that should improve the situation there. Thanks
