Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The gnome-panel 2.18.0-0ubuntu3 System menu includes a separator between the "Help and Support" and "About GNOME" entries. There's no separator in this case in upstream GNOME, and I think there shouldn't be one here too.

The menu would look like this:

Preferences
Administration
--
Help and Support
About GNOME
--
Quit...

 .
   * debian/patches/01_layout.patch:
     - updated, use menu separator only when apport-gtk is listed
       (Ubuntu: #105025)
