Have a running redmine installation on Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS, then upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS. After being done wthi the upgrade access your redmine install from network. It will give back only:
Internal error
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.
If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.
The provided "Back"-Link will again bring up the login page, entering username and password will bring you again to the error mentioned above. Within logs I found:
