the link seems to be dead. Could you please attach the movie to this bug?

moreover, the backtrace indicates that the crash was in the sound output plugin. Could you please give us details about the audio driver that you have used, and if the crash also happens with other files (in other formats)?

Sadly, I no longer have the original video (or the hardware I was trying to view it on), but there is a similar copy at ftp://ftp.untergrund.net/users/crest/farbrausch%20-%20debris%20%28kkapture%29.avi -- is that of any help?
