software-properties translation incorrectly in language-pack-kde packages

Bug Description

There was discussion about this on IRC last week, but since it has not been fixed yet (in the daily lang packages by pitti), I'm filing this bug.

The software-properties.mo files are included in the language-pack-kde packages, thus preventing those translation from showing up in software-properties-gtk, when using just GNOME. The files should be included in the general language-packs, not -gnome or -kde variants.

Seems to be fixed in 20070412 language packs from http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/langpacks/daily/feisty/ - the software-properties.mo is now in language-pack-NN-base, not in the kde (or gnome) specific pack.
