Flavor list marker tests unexpectedly pass on the latest Essex code

Bug Description

When running stable/essex tempest against the latest Essex nova code two flavor tests are failing with _UnexpectedSuccess exception.
test_list_flavors_using_marker
test_list_flavors_detailed_using_marker

Assuming this happens because of the combination of unittest.expectedFailure decoration and bug lp912922 fixed recently for the Essex Nova.

Solution: remove the obsolete decoration.

Hi Artem,

thanks for posting a patch. I think it would be more appropriate to submit your patch to the stable branch for tempest, however if you are not familiar with the process I'd be happy to post the change for you.

Cheers,
Armando

Unfortunately the stable branch for Tempest has been neglected for quite some time, so I am not sure it's worth the effort.
