Bug Description
I created a flavor, I launched an instance with that flavor, it reported a different name and size in the dashboard.
The instance launch failed (presumably for a different reason?) so I couldn't check what details it launched with, but my quota was updated by the correct amount, not the one reported on /nova/instances

I believe this is related to deleting and/or "editing" a flavor and having ID conflicts.
