Bug Description
Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
When I run LC_ALL=pt_BR.UTF-8 LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8 epiphany the program is not translated and I got no error or warning.

I'm using ubuntu 7.4β and epiphany 2.18.1.
