Bug Description

When people create support tickets we often need them to upload log/trace/config files which can be large. Pasting into a textarea is not practical and makes it difficult to read in a browser (even with the tiny font launchpad uses).

With bugs it's possible to upload files, this should also be the case for the support tracker. It would also enable the user to upload a config file, and would allow the support person to upload fixed versions.
