After the grub options, the screen goes blank and the first thing which shows up (after a while for the actual boot time) is the log on prompt for the session (gdm).
Every other graphical (GUI) aspect of the Feisty seems OK after the log on (so far).
I am using a Philips 105s monitor with the desktop.
The text mode under TTY terminals are also corrupted (CTRL+ALT+F1 ... F6), because the text shows up very large on the screen (some 4 times the usual size) and it scrools all the way to a line "outside" the visible portion turning the option unusable.
The gnome-terminal works fine under the GUI both for bask and zsh.
The installation process went rather smoothly.
