License HTML page has wrong list item numbering

Bug Description

http://font.ubuntu.com/licence/ shows the section numbering incorrectly, given that the txt version is the true version of the text.

The error is that "The name(s) of the Copyright Holder(s)" + "The Font Software, modified or unmodified" are both indented by one block too far. They should be deindented, so that they become sections (4) and (5).
