I Use Kubuntu, and I didn't noticed that knetworkmanager crashed (or was it only "networkmanager"?)
can tell much more, sorry...

My apport says the same after reboot. I indeed had problems with an update that did not work correctly and killed the networkmanager. Restarting the system and everything was fine again.
