update gives a .gz error

Bug Description

Binary package hint: aptitude

Hi all,
        Maybe this is not the right place. I always have this issue when i change mirrors from Server for India to Main Server back to Server for India.

99% [8 Packages gzip 0]
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
Err http://in.archive.ubuntu.com feisty/universe Packages
  Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)
99% [9 Sources gzip 0]
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
Err http://in.archive.ubuntu.com feisty/universe Sources
  Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)

  Can somebody look & tell me what the issue is, thnx in advance.

Thanks for your bugreport.

This is most likely a duplicate of #102511 Please try to check your sources.list for duplicated entries.
