Bug Description

If you have a "unresponsive/crashed" window (those that get shadowed a bit because the program crashed) the alt+tab switcher will blink in the areas that overlap with that window (even if the window is not visible)

These are my steps for reproduction (obviously the first steps have nothing to do with this and are just a way to get a crashed window)

* download the software-center sources
  bzr branch lp:software-center
* debug submit_review_gtk3.py
  PYTHONPATH=. gdb -arg python ./data/submit_review_gtk3.py --pkgname p7zip-full --iconname "" --parent-xid "" --version 9.20.1~dfsg.1-4 --origin ubuntu --datadir ./data --appname 7zip
  run
 * wait for it to crash
 * Put the crashed window around where alt+tab will apprear
 * Trigger the alt+tab switcher

I'm attaching a video that shows the blinking
