Bug Description

This change: 33a0f73113e9ec35f5e0d6f245a4fc9dc05f76b8 means that PKI tokens are no longer a drop in replacement for UUID tokens. We have to assume that people are using the CLI to get tokens, as devstack does.

This change should be reverted, and instead, provide a switch to save the token to a file.
