Bug Description

1) Mythbuntu 12.10 i386 Live USB daily build 10-6-2012
2) dvb-apps 1.1.1&rep1483-1
3) I expected when choosing alevt from the applications/Multimedia/alevt to open an application or get a reaction of some sort.
4) I chose alevt from applications Menu (applications/Multimedia/alevt) no response no application opened.
