Ubuntu 7.04 beta Update Manager cannot download kernel 2.6.20-23 '403 forbidden' Suspect permission problem

This is deliberate to stop people upgrading to a broken kernel. 2.6.20-15.25 should be on mirrors very shortly, and should be used instead.

This is on purpose to keep you from updating to a known bad kernel. I new kernel is on it's way. Please be patient.
