hcid 100% cpu with bluetooth connections.

Bug Description

Hi, when try connect any devie to my laptop the hcid process up to 100% and connection don't success.

Hi, i find the bug, the problem is when kbluetoothd are down, this service on demmand not are in the list (preference of system -> advance -> service manager).

I add the kbluetoothd daemon in my .kde/Autostart now work fine, but is very "stranger" because kbluetooth implements hcid but hcid without kbluetooth be creazy.
