Bug Description

now i'm trying to setup single node openstack nova server.During System installation While I'm trying to perform this action
add-apt-repository ppa:openstack-release/2011.3 , igot an error message like this..
error can't find signing_key_fingerprint at https //launchpad.net/api/1.0/~openstack-release/+archive/2011.3
how do i fix it pls help me to fix it.

As mentioned on that page this PPA is deprecated:
https://launchpad.net/~openstack-release/+archive/2011.3/

Ubuntu directly proposes packages for Essex/Precise (main), Folsom/Precise (cloud archive) and Folsom/Quantal (main). It is highly recommended to use that instead.
