Bug Description

Binary package hint: kphotoalbum

I will often find kphotoalbum flashing in my window list, demanding attention, for apparently no reason whatsoever.
using metacity 2.18.2 and gnome-panel's window list 2.18.1 (feisty defaults).

I will check this out in a few moments once I get Ubuntu installed on my test box. I believe I have seen this issue reported before either here or in bugs.kde.org. I will take a look and verify. Thank you!
