Please backport openerp6.1 6.1-1+dfsg-0ubuntu2 (universe) from quantal to precise.
Reason for the backport:

OpenERP is an Open Source software that is widely used in the Ubuntu community. The Quantal package allows an easy install for end users.
It will be very helpful for end users to have it ported to Precise.
