Bug Description
Somewhat related to 5997 and its duplicates perhaps:
If someone accidently leaves a team, he should be able to reactivate himself without admin intervention as long as his expiration date has not passed yet.

Yes, self-deactivation is a different situation to deactivation by an administrator.
The person may wish to rejoin the team but may find asking an administrator to do so 'awkward'.
