Bug Description

Binary package hint: guarddog

This has been bugging me since Dapper: I routinely disable all system sounds using the control panel of KDE. All applications follow these settings, except for Guarddog (an iptables GUI). Every time I press OK or Apply, an orchestra sound reminds me that I just pressed a button. Since I have my stereo connected to the computer, this can be incredibly loud and annoying.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta?
