Bug Description
Please alter pending-reviews to:
- send a mail at UTC 0125 to all reviewers that have branches in needs-review.
The email should include:
- the list of branches, and how many work days (using our weekend adjusted figure that marks things red) the branch has been in needs-review.
the past-due-date branches should be first the mail, with some marker making it clear that they are past-due-date.
When there are any past-due-date branches, or branches within 24 hours (not counting weekends) of past-due-date, the mail should have [URGENT] in the topic and its mail delivery precedence set to high.
