Bug Description

When I try to login to summit, i get the following error:
The username (amscanne) with which you tried to log in is already in use for a different account.

I honestly have no idea why. I suspect this is specific to me and may not be a systemic error, but it's somewhat of an inconvenience.

Other services (wiki, launchpad) seem to be fine. Also, summit.ubuntu.com shows up as expected in the list of recently authenticated applications.
