7.0 bookmark module - not working correctly

By "bookmark module", understand "Web Shortcuts" module.

The shortcut appears after a whole refresh of the page.

Actual bug fixed, but I discovered two others related :

Refreshing on a starred page makes the star disappear, like if the page was not starred.
When trying to delete a starred webpage on the page itself (clicking on the yellow star, sometimes it works, sometimes not.)

The module needs review, because of the introduction of the breadcrumbs features.

At the moment, shortcuts point to menu item id. They maybe should point to view id instead :
 - You maybe want a shortcut for a specific view type of an action, not the default one.
 - When switching view type, the yellow star is hidden because it is considered to belongs to another view and also because, at the moment, this is not possible to shortcut a view which is not the default of the action associated to the menuitem.
 - At the moment, clicking on a shortcut does not actualize the menu. So if you are in a specific menu, and you click on your shortcut, the left menu stay looks like you are still in the same specific place.
