Evolution Exchange "receiving option" pane has two "check for new messages in all folders"

Bug Description
The "receiving options" pane in edit -> preferences -> edit -> receiving options has two check boxes named "Check for new messages in all folders". Only the second one seems to be working at all - the first one only reflects what the second check box was set to when you open the dialog.
And even with both check boxes checked, I'm still not sure that it actually checks all folders for new message, but I guess that's a separate bug. (:
