Add and Remove Dissapear after I upgrade the Ubuntu 6.06 Packages

I used Update Mananger to update the ubuntu 6.06 LTS. Not upgrading to any new version just updating and it is clean install. Now my system clash and I have to reinstall it again. Don't worry I m a newbie and testing it. No important data are gone.

Not possible to investigate any further since the reporter reinstalled his system.
