lose oxygen style with 4.9.3

Bug Description
hi today i had upgradet to 4.9.3 via kubuntu-ppa on 12.10. after reboot my system was ugly so i looked at the systemsettings and.. wtf the oxygen style wasnt there anymore.
after a little reserche i found a post who said that i should delete "Trolltech.conf"
so i
sudo updatedb
locate Trolltech.conf
first one in ~/.config/
secound one in /.config/
after delete (+logout 'n in) oxygen is back
dont know if this is a bug with the packages but i hope so
secound thing is that it looks not right that there is a .config directory hidden in mein systemroot?

Hi, thanks for taking your time to report this bug and helping to make Kubuntu better.
I fear to debug this we would need a copy of the broken Trolltech.conf so I'm marking this incomplete for now.
If you can ever reproduce this again please attach the file to the bug report.
