Licq doesn't start when using kde

Bug Description

Binary package hint: licq-plugin-kde

distribution: Ubuntu feisty

If I install the packages kde and licq, the package licq-plugin-kde is not installed, leading to the following error:

me@mycomputer:~$ licq
17:56:20: [ERR] Unable to load plugin (kde-gui): /usr/lib/licq/licq_kde-gui.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
