Bug Description

After these updates:

> mysql-server-core-5.5 (5.5.28-0ubuntu0.12.10.1 => 5.5.28-0ubuntu1)

Akonadi does not start anymore providing this error in the log:

>InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11 when starting Akonadi

I reverted both packages to previous versions and all works again.

Same problem, however downgrade did not help. Running raring x64.

Downgrade command:
sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient18=5.5.28-0ubuntu0.12.10.1 mysql-server-core-5.5=5.5.28-0ubuntu0.12.10.1 mysql-server-5.5=5.5.28-0ubuntu0.12.10.1 libmysqlclient18:i386=5.5.28-0ubuntu0.12.10.1

Did a backup and deleted ~/.local/share/akonadi. After Akonadi restart (actually just a start, because it was stopped due to the error) the folder was recreated and the problem went away.

also tried that, to delete that folder and try to start akonadi. Here this did not work.
