Bug Description

Binary package hint: kwin

I have updated from Edgy Eft to Feisty Fawn yesterday. Today I noticed that when i tried to switch between windows on different screens using ALT+TAB, only the windows on the currently active screen are considered. Activating a window on the other screen and trying ALT+TAB, just windows from that screen are considered. Changing the value of SeparateScreenFocus=false in ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc to SeparateScreenFocus=true seems to fix this. Also AltTabStyle=CDE works fine with SeparateScreenFocus=false.

This seems to be reproducible now. After I've played around with the KDE desktop effects (compiz related stuff like transparency and shadows) and i turned that off again the bug appeared. Maybe someone could check this.

Could you test with a newer Ubuntu (preferably one with KDE4?)
Thanks.
