Bug Description

On this page : http://wiki.openstack.org/Heat/GettingStartedUsingMasterOnUbuntu
When you have to do this -> "Create the keystone authentication parameters"
You have to run this command : "sudo -E ./tools/heat-keystone-service-devstack"

1 - It's a relativ path and we don't know where we are expected to be.
2 - This tool doesn't seem to exist anymore (I can't find it in the entire system)
