[Trunk] textarea in page views does not always show the whole content

Bug Description
from the Sales / Contracts list view
- create a new contract with nothing in the Terms and Conditions textarea field (Contract Information tab) and save it
- create another contract with a long description in the Terms and Conditions field and save it
- from the form view, switch to a previous contract (with the pager arrows) with no Terms and Conditions
- switch again to the contract with a long Terms and Conditions
-> in page view, you don't see the whole text (it is cut)
