Bug Description
The upcoming SRU maas (in precise) depends on python-django without specifying a particular version but it requires the two backports present in python-django version 1.3.1-4ubuntu1.5 (support for 'theGenericIPAd
Without that, the upgrade from the package in precise to the SRU package fails with ImportError: cannot import name GenericIPAddres

1. This bug refers to a MAAS version which is non-existent in the archives, hence it should not belong here.
2. There are SRU bugs reports for python-django that add the features that are listed in this bug report.
