Cobbler PXE menu template mislabelled as MAAS

Bug Description

On installing cobbler for non-MAAS purposes I found out that dhcp.template is adapted from upstream.

The label in vi /etc/cobbler/pxe/pxedefault.template says "Ubuntu MAAS", when Cobbler can be installed easily without MAAS.

Basically the MAAS installer should replace this file only if we're actually configuring MAAS, and otherwise the menu presented to users should still say "Cobbler".

Off topic -- do you know anything about where cobbler-enlist came from? Upstream has cobbler-register and it's native python. Enlist is not upstream.

Yes, cobbler-enlist is a tool that we developed in order to be able to register nodes with cobbler during the installation process. In other words, this tool was specifically developed to register nodes with cobbler, from the Debian Installer, and as part as our now deprecated Orchestra.

Hope this info helps.

Cheers.
