Use TestCaseWithMemoryTransport instead of TestCaseWithTransport

Bug Description

Now that we are using Bazaar 0.15, it would be good to make the tests use TestCaseWithMemoryTransport. Buy using memory, instead of disk, they'll go faster, which is nice.

I don't think we need to worry about this. Our unittests are fast enough.
