Bug Description

Memcached init.d script has an error :

start-stop-daemon --stop --quiet --oknodo --retry 5 --pidfile $PIDFILE --exec $DAEMON

Removing "--retry 5" fixes the issue :

start-stop-daemon --stop --quiet --oknodo --pidfile $PIDFILE --exec $DAEMON
