Html Widget on Edit Pages (Knowledge) text window width incorrect

Bug Description

1) Click on Knowledge -> Pages and select a page. Click on Edit.

2) The Html widget text does not stretch as far as the actual widget. There is a very small window in which the text can be edited.

3) Should have the edit window as wide as the widget.

4) Appears on runbot build version 1531 for 7.0 stable branch

5) Using Chrome

If you maximise / resize the browser then the widget resizes correctly

Indeed, the editable part of the HTML editor was not being displayed properly when the read-only version of the same field had not been visible yet. This was the case for Pages because the editable field is different from the field used to display the read-only page, in order to allow Page Categories to display an index of their pages.
The problem did not appear in the HTML mail composer assistant because the widget is visible from the start.
This is fixed in 7.0 now[1], and should be visible in nightly builds as of tomorrow.
