If I reboot Feisty using the power button, feisty takes more than 5 minutes to boot again

If there is a Power Failure or Feisty is reboot by using the Power button (yes I know I should push the power button ;) ) Feisty takes more than 5 minutes to boot.

When the Pc restarts it stop for 1 minute where it says - Grub is starting
Then it takes more or less 3-4 minutes to go from the Grub loading to Gnome.

But if after I get to Gnome I choose reboot from the panel, Feisty restarts fast again, thaking +- 50 seconds from boot to gnome...
