Works just fine with mplayer, vlc and motion

i confirm that bug..
amorama shows the picture three times over for me and saves 6 times... it is also greyscale for some reason
(screenshot attached)
my webcam works perfectly on other applications (ekiga etc)

os- ubuntu gutsy gibbon (beta)
webcam -creative vf0330

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta?
