Bug Description
When going through the installation process and not clearing the hard drive of previous install information, an error occurs. Like it should but after addressing the error by clearing the hard drive the installation process skips a few of the steps, not allowing you to create a username or a password, setting the clock, etc. After finishing the install it reaches the prompt for a username but since their isn't one setup you can't do anything except reinstall and remeber to clear the hard drive the next time.

I had something very similar. When installing fiesty on my PS4 (with an MSI motherboard and AMI bios) desktop from the release iso, I get "kernel panic - not syncing Attempted to kill init!" The call trace starts with pci_sort. So I then tried "live pci=nosort" and it boots to the main login prompt asking for a username and password. When I did the same on the beta iso, it boots straight into gnome without requiring username and password.
