[apport] package flumotion failed to install/upgrade:

Either it is a dupe of bug #150027 (can't run /usr/bin/esd) or it is a problem I reported upstream by mistake :

Can't do a chown on a directory that doesn't exist. Better mkdir -p /var/run/flumotion before doing a chown on it
