Feisty contains only the runtime for tcl-tk 8.5

I don't understand this issue. According to http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/allpackages feisty only contains Versions 8.3 and 8.4 for tk and tcl. Version 8.5 doesn't even exist as runtime. Could it be you have some additional repositories enabled?

You are quite right. Initially I didn't realize this, but tcl8.5 was installed by automatix.
