Bug Description
Mirror branches (user branches that are not hosted on Launchpad) are updated periodically and may be out of date with their master branch.
The branch page for mirror branches should display:
* when the branch was last successfully mirrored ("N hours ago")
* when will the next mirror attempt will be done
* "in N hours" if it is in the future
* "as soon as possible" if it is in the past (ask mpt for better wording)
