wine launchers disappear from panel

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When you install a program under wine that creates a launcher on the panel ("quick launch icon"), the icon disappears when you logout and login. This happens every time. The launcher is still there, it just doesn't show up for some reason. If you try to add the launcher again, then two of them show up.

The command for the launcher is 'env WINEPREFIX="/home/me/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\path\program.exe"' if that's of any use.

looks like a wine issue, it probably creates an incorrect launcher
