(Feisty) Firefox bookmark manager does not refresh the list after deleting some bookmarks

Yesterday I've deleted some bookmarks with the bookmark manager, but the bookmark manager still displayed the deleted bookmarks. So I've selected another folder and went back to the folder where I've deleted the bookmarks and now they were gone. It looks like that the bookmark manager can't refresh the bookmark list instantly.

I'm not sure, but I think there was a similar bug some weeks ago. Can't find the report anymore.

The bug appears only if I delete a couple of bookmarks (shift + cursor up) at once. Directly afterwards it also appears by deleting only one bookmark.

This _doesn't_ happen to my Firefox, first of all.
Secondly, can you tell us the version of Firefox you are experiencing the problem with?

Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce this. What extensions and themes do you have installed?

- no add-ons
- default theme only
- German and English (GB) language packs 2.0

HOWTO:
1. start Firefox
2. open the bookmark manager
3. select 5 bookmarks with shift and cursor up/down keys
4. press delete key
5. bookmark manager still shows the deleted bookmarks
6. jump to another bookmark folder
7. jump back to the folder where you have deleted the 5 bookmarks
8. deleted bookmarks are gone

BTW the bug does not appear always, but very often.

i experience this. it also doesnt update when i create new folder.
the new folder doesnt show up. but close the organiser and open it again and the new folder is there.

real weird that habeeb cant reproduce. my installation is standard - no extras. and fully updated

Now I use Feisty for my second PC, too and the bug appears as well.

ok, looks like this problem occurs if you have (had?) the bookmarks sidebar open. Someone can verify? And please verify if it happens with tarball build from www.mozilla.com.
