dhelp don't install proprerly and mess the upgrade

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I have upgraded successfully to Feisty, but the next day I installed the package dhelp and the installation script crashed giving a "stack smashing" error, and now no updating or installing goes fine because update-manager attempts to complete the installation of dhelp
